[gpl_list] Reminder: GIS Day Virtual Event

I also wanted to send a reminder via email about GIS Day.  If folks are interested in a virtual GIS Day, let me know.  Right now I only have 2 agencies and we need many more to make this a good event worthy of advertising as a State of Oregon event.
