FYI ... notices of AGOL maintenance from Esri.  These can be found at status.arcgis.com:

Wednesday:
The ArcGIS.com system will be undergoing maintenance on February 28th, 2024 between the times of 5pm and midnight Pacific Time. While we don't anticipate any significant downtime, you may experience some minimal disruption during this maintenance period.

Thursday:
We will be performing maintenance on our vector basemaps between 5pm PST and 9pm PST on February 29th. While we don't anticipate any significant downtime, you may experience some minimal disruptions during this maintenance period.
