[gpl_list] position description

[DANA Randy * DLCD]

Hi, all.

DLCD is trying to increase its GIS staff. The position is expected to be an ISS4. Could any of you share a Position Description for a GIS person at that level, be it technician, analyst, or some other title. Of course, a quick response is appreciated. Thank you.
