[gpl_list] Heads up - Global IT outage, not affecting AGOL but some federal datasets

Good morning GIS Program Leaders and EMGIG members,

This is just a quick message out to all of you to inform you that services with ArcGIS Online are functional. If you don't have this page bookmarked, you can reference it here<https://status.arcgis.com/> for the ArcGIS Online status. I did get something set up on our end to get notified when an outage occurs from the public-facing RSS feed that they have available through that platform.

In other related news, we do know that secured services from the federal government for the HIFLD<https://hifld-geoplatform.hub.arcgis.com/> (Homeland Infrastructure Foundation Level Data) secure platform are impacted, which does affect our ability to pull down those services. However, the HIFLD open public data is accessible.
