[gpl_list] Notice of Intent: Statewide Buildings Footprint Standard

The Addresses and Buildings Framework Implementation Team<https://geohub.oregon.gov/pages/024b0880ea744c4cbdbfd37dc24046d8> is kicking off the process to develop an Oregon standard for building footprints. Matt Williams, DOGAMI, will be leading the workgroup.  Matt is expected to work on the standard throughout 2025.
