[gpl_list] Web mapping applications

Hello all,

I'm reaching out to find out what other department GIS developers are using for customized web mapping applications (excluding Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, etc) . Has anyone updated from ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x to ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x? Is anyone using ESRI's recommended Calcite Design System for web components or a different web component library? Or still using Dojo Toolkit? Is anyone using a framework like React, Angular, Svelte, etc?

We have been trying to recreate our existing web mapping applications and have run into various issues along the way. I'm hoping to hear what setups worked well (or did not work well) for other departments and/or any advice.
