You are zoomed out to the whole state. The file draws correctly.</div> <div>You zoom in and it will not draw, nothing happens. No spinning world, nothin'</div> <div>You open ArcCatalog, preview the same shapefile at the state level. It draws. You zoom in, nothing.</div> <div>You copy this shapefile in ArcCatalog to another directory (from g:/geolib/hydro to g:/geolib/admin)</div> <div>The shapefile you copied draws perfectly, whole state or zoomed in.
