discussion in the March meeting on the Strategic Plan development. This
caused us to change direction in the plan development. We expected to have
the plan ready for your review in advance of this meeting, but we have been
delayed as a result of other unavoidable activities. We now expect the
draft plan to be available for your review by July 30. Because of this
delay, we think it makes sense to cancel this meeting and meet at our next
regularly scheduled meeting in September.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

unavoidable efforts have prevented us from making as much progress as we would
