The Reviewing Team will meet several times between now and the June OGIC meeting and the GPL participant should be able to participate in most of these meetings. Additionally, the GPL participant should be someone who is not directly and personally involved in submitting a proposal. I would volunteer myself but I plan to submit some proposals with a DOGAMI team.
