user level within an ArcGIS Online for Organizations account. Essentially, we need the ability to limit credit consumption by individual users within an organization.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<a href="http://ideas.esri.com">http://ideas.esri.com</a> web site that we would like to have people “promote” so that the Esri ArcGIS Online product management and software development teams hear a clear voice that this functionality needs to be added to ArcGIS
