<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">The chair position is now just one year, hosting will only be every year and a half or so, and each agency will only have to fulfill the scribe duties once every 18 months or so.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">All of us are busy but hopefully when everyone contributes a little bit we all gain more than we give.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
