<p class="MsoNormal">Hi folks, at the GPL meeting this past Tuesday, the group spent a good portion of the meeting learning about and identifying an Objective and Key Result to support OGIC’s mission and vision. I’ve attached my first cut at documenting that
work. This is what would be called a milestone key result, or possibly a baseline key result. It’s a task, but it will be possible going forward to derive some additional key results based on this task, to measure improvement on the group’s implementation
of the task, for example. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This key result is something I think the group has a good shot at completing in the three month time period that’s been set starting Oct. 29. I think this represents some really great work on a topic for which attention is very much needed.
Let me know if you think we need to make some adjustments or revisions to this OKR. The plan is to report on this OKR, as well as the ones developed by OGIC’s FIT Leads and Technical Advisory Committee.<o:p></o:p></p>
