<p class="MsoNormal">Please find attached the final Common Operating Picture (COP) for the Wildfire and Wind Incident. The state Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) will demobilize and return to steady state operations when the current IAP for the Wildfire
and Wind Incident expires at 8 a.m., September 14. <o:p></o:p></p>
