Washington, DC(September 2009) * More than ever Americans are concerned
about chemicals and their health. The stories are unnerving: Our
children nurse on bottles and play with toys that leach unsafe
chemicals. The containers and pans in our kitchens have been linked to
infertility and obesity. We cover our skin in makeup and sunscreen
carrying toxins. Nearly every child born today carries toxins in their

Promise of Green Chemistry, investigative journalist Elizabeth Grossman
