Good morning Oregon's Health Educators!  

I hope this email finds you all well.

I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Mexican Consulate's Community Health Worker's Gala last night...what a treat! 
So inspiring to see all the great work we do here in Oregon for the migrant communities. (Looking forward to sharing some of this information and the new ice breaker activity I learned with you all at our section meeting Monday 10/26 @ 4pm in Corvallis.) 

A final (?) reminder to register for this year's conference (scroll down)...should be good!

BTW, feel free to bring some comfy clothes and join me for some yoga stretches Tuesday morning.

Registration Reminder!

If you have not already registered for the Oregon Public Health Association Conference and Annual Meeting, please do so now!  We are finalizing the arrangements for the conference, to be held October 26 and 27, and pre-registration will help ensure that we have enough conference materials and refreshments for everyone who attends.  The complete conference schedule is available on our website; we are anticipating two full days of education, networking, and looking toward the future! 

Registration fees are $25 for students, $50 for OPHA members, and $65 for non-members, and include admission for both days of the conference as well as a catered lunch.  You can register online, with the option of paying either by credit card or by check, or you can register by mail.  Registration at the door is also available however advance registration is much appreciated!
