Health Director*.

Current County employees may apply for a posted position by completing
an official County application form. If an employee has previously
applied (but was not hired) for an identical position:

     * Within the last 6 months
           o Employee may complete a new application form and submit it
             to HR by the deadline indicated.

*OR*

           o Employee may notify HR via email or memo (by the deadline
             indicated) to request that his/her previous application be
             resubmitted for consideration
     * More than 6 months ago:
           o Employee must complete a new application and submit to HR by
             the deadline indicated.
