Passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) does not guarantee continued support for community-based interventions the Prevention and Public Health Fund is intended to implement. The American Public Health Association, PolicyLink, Prevention Institute, Public Health Institute and Trust for America's Health invite you to join a discussion concerning how community, public health and healthcare leaders can ensure that ACA community prevention provisions attain their full potential.

The Web Forum's three objectives are:
Provide updates on the status of ACA community prevention provisions; 
Share next steps and actions that community health advocates can take to inform elected officials and key decisionmakers about the value of community prevention; and 
Share recent examples of community prevention successes
