2011 Call for Proposals 



Join your public health colleagues in Corvallis on October 10 - 11 for the 67th Annual Meeting and Conference of the Oregon Public Health Association.  These will be exciting and stimulating days devoted to education, networking, and shaping the future of public health in Oregon.  
Abstracts are now being accepted for individual oral presentations, panel discussions, and posters.  Abstracts addressing all public health topics are welcome.  Abstracts will be peer reviewed and accepted on the basis of the following criteria:
Clarity and quality 
Usefulness of the topic to public health professionals 
Instructions:  To submit an abstract, use the 2011 OPHA Abstract Submission form on the Oregon Public Health Association website. You can also locate the form by going to the Oregon Public Health Association homepage, www.oregonpublichealth.org, and clicking on the link for the Call for Proposals.  All submissions must include learning objectives. 
You do not need to be an OPHA member to present at the Conference.  Presenters will be expected to register for the conference, however. 
Deadline for abstract submissions is Friday, June 17, 2011.
We plan to notify presenters by August 19, 2011.
