The OHA Transformation Center is hiring four Transformation Analysts
(Operations and Policy Analyst 4) positions. Please see below for job

Transformation Analyst responsibilities may include:
•         Researching resources and best or emerging practices; and
engage subject matter experts for a wide variety of clinical and other
health-related issues in an effort to promote innovation within the
Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs). Support the development and
implementation of learning collaborative for CCOs and other payers.
•         Supporting the tracking and resolution of OHA-related
systems, policy and technical, and data issues raised by the CCOs.
•         Playing a connector role between the Transformation Center,
other OHA divisions, offices or departments, and CCOs in an effort to
streamline communication and coordination between CCOs and OHA.
•         Supporting the collection and dissemination of examples of
innovation happening within CCOs to help spread the coordinated care
model.
•         Informing OHA of opportunities and obstacles related to
system and process improvements and make recommendations for
resolution.
•         Other assignments as determined by the Transformation Center
Director and other Transformation Center management.
