*Agriculture Science room (LaSells Stewart)*
Grab your lunch and join us in the Agriculture Science room (LaSells

and promoters; learn about expanding professional and educational

The OPHA Health Education & Promotion Section is hosting this year's

Elijah: Protecting Our Children in an Age of Environmental Crisis* by
Sandra Steingraber. Our children face an environment more threatening to
their health than any generation in history. Sandra Steingraber confronts
this crisis with precise science and a lyrical, witty, moving memoir.
**
The book group discussion will include light fare and will take place on
Monday evening in the lobby of the Hilton hotel. Jen Coleman, Outreach
Director from the Oregon Environmental Council will be joining us to
stimulate conversation and answer questions. Contact Sara Gardner-Smith at
sara.gardnersmith at hotmail.com or 503-550-9110 for more information. RSVPs
not required, but would be nice to ensure we have enough food.
*Are you a M/CHES looking to obtain NCHEC credits?*
Great! This program is approved for Certified Health Education Specialists
