Hello OPHA Health Education & Promotion Section section members and friends!

We created a short survey <https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BQ38QWH> to help
determine the best way forward in our section's event and membership
planning. All participants of the OPHA Health Education & Promotion Section
(HEP) listserve are invited to participate, whether or not they are a paid
member of the section.

Complete this survey for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to New
Seasons. Winner will be chosen randomly after survey is closed on January
3rd, 2014. You must e-mail green.alissa at gmail.com to register your answers
and qualify for a chance to win the $25 gift certificate.

The results of this survey will be shared soon. The estimated time to
complete this survey is between 5 to 10 minutes. No contact information
will ever be shared.
