[Health_Education_Promotion] Reminder: OPHA survey closes January 3rd

Hello OPHA Health Education & Promotion Section members and friends!

We created a short survey <https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BQ38QWH> to help
determine the best way forward in our section's event and membership
planning. All participants of the OPHA Health Education & Promotion Section
(HEP) listserve are invited to participate (not only paid members).

When you complete the survey, you qualify for a chance to win a $25 Visa
gift card. We changed the prize to be more inclusive of all members
regardless of location.


Winner will be chosen randomly after survey is closed on January 3rd, 2014.
You must e-mail green.alissa at gmail.com to let me know you took the survey
and to qualify for a chance to win the $25 gift card.

The results of this survey will be shared late January. The estimated time
to complete this survey is between 5 to 10 minutes. No contact information
will ever be shared.
