The Office of Immunization and Child Profile is recruiting for two Health
Services Consultant 3 positions, one in the Health Promotion and
Communication Section and one in the Vaccine and Registry Integration

Health Services Consultant 3 - Health Educator<

This position works to prevent disease by increasing immunization and
preventative health services by planning, implementing, and evaluating
immunization and Child Profile Health Promotion and communication
activities. This position develops and maintains health promotion materials
and the office webpages and newsletter. S/he provides health promotion and
communication technical assistance and media relations activities. This
position ensures that the public, providers, and key stakeholders have
accurate immunization and child health information so they can make
informed health decisions.
Health Services Consultant 3 - Accountability and Systems Consultant<

This position is responsible for monitoring the vaccine expenditure plan to
assure vaccine orders are within the monthly budgeted amounts and adjusted
as needed. S/he is also responsible for clear, timely communication about
issues related to vaccine management and accountability. This position is
the lead consultant for follow-up with Local Health Jurisdictions (LHJs)
and providers regarding best standards of practice for order frequency,
timing, appropriate ordering and meeting accountability requirements.
