Integration Manager

experienced Clinical Quality Improvement Coach and Behavioral Health
Integration Manager who can bring their years of experience in quality
improvement models and tools, evaluation processes, and hands-on process
improvement to support our mission and values. We want someone who has
knowledge of clinical settings, processes, and culture, including an
understanding of managing change. This is a full time 1.0 FTE exempt
position.

The Clinical Quality Improvement Coach and Behavioral Health Integration
Manager is an integral part of OPCA’s management team and works closely
with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, the Director of Primary
Care Transformation, the Technical Assistance (TA) and Policy teams, and
other management and community stakeholders. This position is responsible
for supporting, informing, and coordinating two related but distinct areas;
the work of the quality improvement strategies (in partnership with the
Data Analytics Specialist) and the full imbedding of behavioral health
workflows and strategies as part of process improvement. The Clinical
Quality Improvement Coach and Behavioral Health Integration Manager
oversees program development, budget oversight, development and delivery of
its training needs as well as peer network coordination of behavioral
health staff. This position is also a key contributor to the development of
content and shaping the delivery of OPCA training events and onsite
training for CHC staff, board members and a variety of stakeholders.
