An amazing opportunity is open at Neighborcare Health in Seattle, WA!
The Health Educator (HE) works with provider teams, other Neighborcare Health staff, and community partners to prevent unintended pregnancy, improve sexual health outcomes for patients and expand Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive (LARC) knowledge and use at Roosevelt High School (where Neighborcare Health provides school based health services) and the 45th Street Homeless Youth Clinic in Wallingford. Activities include developing and maintaining school and community partnerships, identifying patient education and training materials, and facilitating groups for sexual health education.
