[Health_Education_Promotion] Job Announcement: Oregon Alliance to Prevent Suicide Liaison position

The Association of Oregon Community Mental Health Programs (AOCMHP) is distributing the attached job announcement for a Liaison for the Oregon Alliance to Prevent Suicide. The position will support the organizational needs of the Alliance to Prevent Suicide, develop web content, assist with research for the Alliance, support the Connect postvention program, monitor progress on implementing the Youth Suicide Intervention and Prevention Plan 2016-2020 (YSIPP),<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/PREVENTIONWELLNESS/SAFELIVING/SUICIDEPREVENTION/Documents/5-year-youth-suicide-prevention-plan.pdf> and coordinate with Community Mental Health Programs and other stakeholders on suicide prevention and postvention activities. The work location is Salem.

The Oregon Alliance to Prevent Suicide is responsible for establishing a public policy agenda for suicide prevention and helping to implement the YSIPP. The alliance launched in September 2016. The alliance is made up of a diverse group of subject matter experts.
