on October 24^th by partnering with Zenger Farm to recognize
the grant recipients of our Healthy Food Access funding initiative.  We
cordially invite you to attend and participate in this event both as a
way to celebrate the great work happening in our communities and to network
with new and existing community partners involved in healthy eating initiatives.

the community organizations whose work will be supported by Kaiser Permanente’s
Healthy Food Access grant funds</font>

the Kaiser Permanente grantees an opportunity to share how the funding
will impact families in our region</font>

informal networking opportunities for grantees and community partners involved
and interested in healthy food access</font>

the bounty of the season on an urban farm</font>

will include stories from community members impacted by grantees work.</font>
