and eating behaviors, chronic diseases, and community conditions that influence the health of Oregon’s population. In this role, you will join a team of dedicated professionals tackling some of Oregon’s greatest health challenges within the state’s public

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Today, nutritious food, places to play and be active, and smokefree air are out of reach for too many Oregonians, particularly for people of color and people living with fewer financial resources. As a result,
chronic diseases such as asthma, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and cancer are on the rise. HPCDP is tackling chronic disease prevention with a community-wide approach to help people eat better, move more, live tobacco free, and take care of themselves.
