candidate will enhance the capacity and implement the foundational capacities of community partnership development, assessment and health equity and cultural responsiveness.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt">The Sexually Transmitted Infection Program Coordinator 1 will coordinate the Early Intervention and Outreach Services grant. Responsibilities include implementing program plan, monitoring effectiveness and assuring deliverables.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Communicable Disease Program Coordinator 1 to develop a Communicable Disease coalition.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
