Hello Coordinators,
 
You should have received a County and Tribal TPEP and Healthy Communities contact listing at the Grantees and Contractors meeting.  It is also attached here.  We want to ensure that this list is as accurate as possible, so if you have any updates or changes, please send them to me by the end of the week.  We'll re-post the most up to date version on TPEP Connection next week, and ask for updates quarterly.
