Good morning,

I'm pleased to share that registration for the upcoming Living Well Forum on March 7, 2012 at the Hilton Eugene, located in downtown Eugene at 66 E. 6th Ave., is now available.

An important note: Participants in the Oregon Living Well Network should have already received an email from Christine Mebesius at the Beatty Group with an individual registration link.  This will allow Network participants to also choose to register for the annual Living Well Network in-person meeting on March 6, 2012.

All other participants can register by visiting http://events.beattygroup.com/livingwell.htm or through the link on our website at http://public.health.oregon.gov/DiseasesConditions/ChronicDisease/LivingWell/Pages/lw-forum.aspx.

Participants traveling 70 miles or more to Eugene are eligible for hotel the night of March 6, 2012.  You can make your hotel request in the Forum registration process.
