Dear grantees,
The Oregon Living Well Program is pleased to announce the release of the Living Well Sustainability Toolkit: Marketing and Financial Approaches. This resource was developed by the Oregon Living Well Program, Metropolitan Group, and the Oregon Living Well Network Financial Sustainability and Marketing and Recruitment workgroups.
The Living Well Sustainability Toolkit is designed to provide Stanford Chronic Disease Self-Management Program coordinators with tools and resources to successfully recruit a strong network of partners to support their program, market the program to potential participants using a wide range of strategies, and identify and implement measures to ensure programs are financially sustainable in the long term. The Living Well Sustainabiltiy Toolkit is broken into three sections: Marketing to Potential Partners, Marketing to Potential Participants, and Financial Sustainability. The Appendix contains resources and tools that can be used to help implement some of the strategies included in the toolkit and many can be adapted to meet the needs of your organization and community. We hope the toolkit is a useful resource for the communities and partners you work with.
Please note that print copies will not be provided, but an electronic version, including downloadable and customizable resources from the Living Well Sustainability Toolkit is available online at http://public.health.oregon.gov/DiseasesConditions/ChronicDisease/LivingWell/Pages/LivingWellMarketingToolkit.aspx.
Please let us know if you have any questions about the Living Well Sustainability Toolkit.
Sincerely,
Cara Railsback, MPH Laura Saddler, MPH, MCHES
