Hello,
The 2010 Living Well Data Report and 2010 County Data Fact Sheets, which include cumulative data from August 2005 through December 31, 2010 have been published. The reports can be found online here - http://public.health.oregon.gov/DiseasesConditions/ChronicDisease/LivingWell/Pages/pubs.aspx.
Please note that the data included in these reports is only inclusive of workshop and participant data submitted to the Oregon Living Well Program. We recognize that there may be other workshops that have been held and participants reached for whom no data is available. County Data Fact Sheets were created for all counties that submitted data on at least one workshop.
Highlights from the 2010 Living Well Data Report include:
-Since August 2005, 5,667 individuals have participated in a Living Well, Tomando Control, or Positive Self-Management Program workshop. Approximately 67% of those individuals completed the workshop (attended at least four of six sessions).
-556 Living Well, Tomando Control, and Positive Self-Management Program workshops were held in 29 of Oregon's 36 counties.
-603 Living Well, Tomando Control, and Positive Self-Management Program leaders were trained to facilitate workshops.
Thank you for the hard work you do to collect workshop and participant data and report it back to us! If you have questions about the data reports, please contact us at living.well at state.or.us.
Best,
Cara
