[HealthyTribes] Quit Line Promotional Materials Re-Prints

Hello all,

It would seem that the new Quit Line Promotional Materials are popular, so
much so that many of you are clamoring for more. Well good news, here¹s your
chance.

TPEP and Metropolitan Group (MG) are offering an opportunity for grantees to
re-print Quit Line materials. Grantees will need to pay for the re-print out
of your existing budgets. We will make sure to bill you before the end of
the fiscal year.  This is an allowable TPEP budget expenditure.

Available Materials:

Posters and palm cards
In response to your feedback we have made the posters smaller - they are now
12 x 18 inches.  Palm cards remain the same size.  Posters and palm cards
are available in English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Korean and
Traditional Chinese.  You can view all materials at

Counter Card (new)
And even better news, we have just created a Quit Line Counter Card. The
Counter Card is a two-sided, one panel vertical card measuring 8 x 3.5
inches. It offers information about what people can expect when they call
the quit line as well as the different ways to get connected. This piece
replaces the old blue and orange ³tri-fold² brochure.

The Counter Card has been designed using the same colors, fonts and images
as the other materials and will be printed on heavy stock. I have attached a
pdf so that you can see what it looks like. At the moment, the Counter Card
is only available in English and Spanish.

To Order:
If you would like to order re-prints of the posters and palm cards and/or
the new Counter Card, please complete the attached order form and email it
to ljimenez at metgroup.com.

YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BY END OF DAY WEDNESDAY, MAY 25.

How it will work:
-Once we receive your order form we will get an estimate on the cost and get
back to you for approval.  Submitting your form does not commit you to
purchasing the materials. MG will charge a 15% fee to each order to cover
administrative costs.
-After reviewing the estimate, if you agree to go forward with your order,
we will ask you to fax (312-628 1449) the signed form back to us. Only when
we have your signed approval will we submit your order to the printer.
-MG will work with the printer to ensure the materials are produced to
expectations. 
-Once your order is complete, the printer will ship it to you directly.
