[HealthyTribes] Opportunity for participation in TPEP Connection redesign process

Hello County and Tribal Coordinators,
 
TPEP Connection is going to be expanding this summer to include Healthy Communities resources and a new look and layout.  We also hope to utilize interactive programs such as GovSpace and Google Docs to better share documents amongst grantees.   (GovSpace and Google Docs are data storage services which can be accessed online in order to create and edit documents and collaborate with other users.)
 
Sarah Bartelmann and April Rautio will be the point people for this project.  We welcome your ideas and are also asking if anyone would like to participate in the process by providing comments, participating in an advisory group and/or reviewing drafts and proposed content.  These roles are completely voluntary.  We must point out that we will have technological parameters to work within that may make some requests unattainable, but we'd like to try and incorporate as many ideas as possible to make this the best useable system.  
 
Please contact Sarah at sarah.e.bartelmann at state.or.usor April at april.l.rautio at state.or.usby Friday, June 10 if you would like to be a part of this process, or with any other comments or concerns regarding the expansion of TPEP Connection.  Coordinators who volunteer could expect to contribute 10 hours or less of time total during the months of June and July, with project completion slated for late July.
