Thanks to those of you who joined yesterday's call regarding the Community Transformation - Small Communities funding opportunity. As discussed during the call, HPCDP developed a technical assistance plan for grantees - including a review period and resources. Note - the HPCDP Proposed Sample Objectives are not currently available, but will be posted by the end of the day tomorrow.

Please remember that Letters of Intent (LOI) are due to CDC, via express mail or delivery service, by Monday June 18th at 2:00 EST. Refer to page 35 and Appendix F of the CTG FOA. HPCDP would appreciate notification of LOI submission so we can coordinate our assistance and workload. You are welcome to send us an electronic copy of the LOI if you would like.
