[HealthyTribes] Reschedule Tribal TA Call

Hello Tribal Coordinators,

I hope this email finds you all well and staying warm!

For those of you who do not know me, I am one of the community program liaisons at HPCDP and will be temporarily facilitating your required Tribal TA calls that former liaison Terresa White was in charge of. The next call is scheduled for next week, Tuesday December 9th  however several of you are not able to attend so we need to reschedule. This call is an important time for us to all come together and hear each other. A few topics of interest are to discuss the development of the 2015-2016 Tribal RFA by analyzing what is working well for you all this year and what your challenges are; to debrief about the Grantees and Contractors Meeting; and to talk about the structure of these calls and all TA provided to Tribes and what you all hope to get take away for it.
