Education, Advocacy & Lobbying: Determining Appropriate Use of Public Funds

HPCDP will be hosting a mandatory webinar regarding the distinction between education, advocacy and lobbying, and will provide information on what activities are acceptable with public funds. This webinar will replace the requirement to complete the eLearning Module stated in the RFA.  All coordinators and any staff who are 0.5 FTE or more must participate in one of the two offered sessions.
