Hello TPEP Coordinators,
Next week Healthy Communities Coordinators will be participating in their required webinar on the topic of Place Matters Oregon. Place Matters Oregon is an effort to foster conversations about how place influences our individual and collective health. This campaign explores the health effects of social factors (income, education, race or ethnicity) and risk factors (tobacco use, lack of physical activity, and poor nutrition) in relation the places where people live, work, play and learn.
We also wanted to extend this invitation to Tribal and County TPEP Coordinators if you are available and interested - this is optional and not required. View the agenda below and speak with your Liaison if you have questions as to whether it would be valuable for you to attend. If you decide to attend this optional webinar, please register using the link below. The Webinar is scheduled for Wednesday August 26th from 10-11pm.
