The Tobacco Prevention and Education Program 2013-2015 Program Report "Expanding our Reach for a Healthier Oregon"  is ready for distribution. Statute ORS 431.832-836 requires that this report "be presented to the Governor and to those committees of the Legislative Assembly to which matters of public health are assigned."
