[HealthyTribes] Clinic tobacco use data

Hi all-

I am wondering how many of you have data from your tribal health clinics on patient tobacco use and tobacco use assessment.  I met with my stakeholder group and presented data from our clinic on tobacco use and they want to know how that compares with other tribal clinics, as well as a breakdown if possible of our own data to determine whether it is tribal or employee (Our clinic is used by tribal employees as well as federally recognized tribal members of any AN/AI nation).
So I am looking for two numbers basically- % of clinic population that smokes and % of clinic population that is assessed/counseled for tobacco use.

  I would gratefully appreciate responses on this, even if it is to trouble shoot together who to gather the info from.
