Our next required TPEP webinar is scheduled for July 29th and 30th. The training calendar for the 2015-2016 grant year will be posted on HPCDO Connection shortly and we will notify you when it is ready. In the meantime, we wanted to get this webinar on your calendars. Kim La Croix will be presenting on “Legislative Wrap-Up and Next Steps”. July TPEP Required Webinar: Legislative Wrap Up and Next Steps

The 2015 legislative session included several important tobacco control bills. HPCDP is working on Administrative Rules and other implementation tasks related to statutory changes from the passage of HB 2546, which expands the Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act (ICAA), to include the use of “inhalant delivery systems” and bans the sale to minors. During this webinar we will review outcomes from the 2015 legislative session and discuss the role of HPCDP and TPEP grantees in implementing HB 2546.
