Hi everyone,

The resources that Antoinette shared are available on HPCDP Connection on the Tobacco page. Go to https://partners.health.oregon.gov/Partners/HPCDPConnection/Tobacco/Pages/index.aspx and scroll down to "Tribal Tobacco Policy" where you'll find the webinar, the smokefree events toolkit, and a couple of other resources that may be of interest related to tribal tobacco policy.

Good afternoon,

Following up with what Jenica sent over, here's that presentation done as a webinar, presented by; Diane Laughter, Anne Weske, Anne Shane, Connie Barton and Patty Paulus.

Also many of you are working on commercial tobacco free events/powwows; I attached the Smoke free Event toolkit that Scott Kalama used.

Hope you find these resources useful in your next steps.

Greetings Tribal Coordinators,

Per follow up from yesterday's Tribal technical assistance call:
Tribal TPEP Coordinators who are working on smokefree housing policy might be interested in resources that are posted on the Multi-Unit Housing page of HPCDP Connection: https://partners.health.oregon.gov/Partners/HPCDPConnection/Tobacco/Pages/Housing.aspx If you go down to the section of that webpage called "Tools for Tribal Housing", you'll find resources including a one-pager on the benefits of no-smoking policies in tribal housing and a tribal smoke-free housing webinar. (The description of the webinar currently says "slides only" but there is also audio that you can listen to.)

As a reminder, the HPCDP Connection Username is HPCDP and Password is Communities12.

Thank you for all of your participation on yesterday's call! It was great hearing and learning from each of you!

Warmly,

Jenica
