Unfortunately, I will not be available to participate in the upcoming GCAG call on March 30.
If someone is available to step in, I would greatly appreciate it.

Subject: [HealthyTribes] Grantee Capacity Advisory Group member needed

Hello Tribal TPEP Coordinators,

With the departure of Jennifer Stephens, we are in need of another member of the Grantee Capacity Advisory Group to represent Tribal TPEP Coordinators. We currently have one member that is a Tribal TPEP Coordinator, Leann Alexander from Umatilla on the eastern side of the state. We would like to have another member from the western area of the state.

The expectations for an advisory group member are:
GCAG members agree to coordinate with other grantees to gather information, formulate recommendations, and provide updates on GCAG's work. GCAG members are expected to represent the thoughts, opinions, and priorities of grantees as a group (usually the group represented is either a region or the tribal TPEP coordinators) and are responsible to undertake communications to assure this representation.

As a GCAG member, you may be asked to collect feedback and ideas and share these with the advisory group on a monthly call, and then to take the discussion from the advisory group call back to those you represent. The GCAG call occurs from 10-11:30 on the 3rd Monday of each month. Please let me know if you are interested in this opportunity.

I look forward to working with the Grantee Capacity Advisory Group as facilitator of this monthly call for HPCDP.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Diallo, M.Ed.
