[HealthyTribes] Cessation and Self-Management in-person training, June 9th, Klamath Falls

Dear Coordinators,
Some of you were asking about the Cessation and Self-Management in-person training that will take place on June 9th in Klamath Falls. To reserve a sleeping room, you will need to contact the hotel directly. As of this morning, there were five rooms available at the government rate. To obtain this rate, please make sure to tell the reservation agent that you are with the Grantees In-Person Training group. Reservations must be confirmed by credit card at the time reservation is made. Please note: rooms are no longer being held for our group and are based on availability.

Cancellations/No Shows:
Individual reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be billed for one night's room and tax. A confirmed guest who fails to arrive on their scheduled date of arrival will be considered a "no show" and the reservation will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
