Hello to all coordinators,

It was great to see all of you at Grantees and Contractors meeting and the time has certainly flown by since then! I am planning for Grantee Capacity Advisory Group meetings for this year and want to first update the list of representatives. I'm including the existing list below. GCAG representatives serve a one-year term, and may continue if they choose to with their RSN's support. If you are on the current list, please indicate whether you intend to continue or not. If not, please consult with your RSN to identify a new representative. If there has been a change of representative in your RSN or a blank spot has been filled in since this list was created, please let me know who the new representative is. If you are interested in joining the GCAG and are not the RSN representative, please let me know. Your participation is encouraged.



[The Grantee Capacity Advisory Group is a representative group of coordinators from different programs, regions and tribal TPEP representatives. We meet once a quarter to discuss training needs, plans, upcoming trainings and webinars and other training and capacity related topics. The HPCDP Workforce Capacity Coordinator facilitates the call and reports back to community programs staff on the discussion content and recommendations. The information shared is used to inform training opportunities for grantees. GCAG representatives are responsible for communicating with other grantees through email, phone, RSN calls, and Quarterly TA calls to share Advisory Group discussion, solicit feedback, and equip each AG member to represent the views and priorities of the grantee cohort. GCAG members are welcome to use the TPEP and Healthy Communities listservs to communicate with grantees.]Current representatives are:

Our next meeting will occur on Monday, December 14th from 10 - 11:30 am. The topics will be Grantees and Contractors meeting evaluation results, Grantee Capacity Needs Assessment, and recommendations for 2016 Place Matters Oregon and Grantees and Contractors meetings. Once the representative list has been updated, I will send out a meeting invitation..
