Good Morning Coordinators,

It is with very mixed emotions that I announce this Friday, December 4th will be my last day as a Community Programs Liaison and the Comprehensive Cancer Control Programs Coordinator. I was offered, and accepted, a position with the American Cancer Society (ACS) as their Health Systems Manager for Primary Care Partnerships.

I have enjoyed working with each of you tremendously. I have learned so much from you and will take all of our great memories working together with me. I will miss seeing you and talking with you at our in-person trainings and on our calls. The work you are doing for policy, systems and environmental change is extremely valuable. You are all incredibly important assets to your communities; they are fortunate to have strong coordinators fighting for their health, quality of life and a better place to live, work, learn and play!

The good news is that I am not going far. ACS is a partner of HPCDP and a lot of our work overlaps! Cancer Control and Tobacco Prevention do go hand-in-hand, after all.

Again, it has truly been a pleasure getting to know you and working with you. Thank you for all of your work!
