[HealthyTribes] TPEP reporting interview scheduling

Dear Tribal and County Coordinators,
It is time for the third round of reporting interviews on the TPEP grant for the 2015-2016 grant year. We are looking forward to hearing about the excellent work you have been doing and the challenges you face. We use the information gathered for tracking progress and also for making decisions on training content, resources, and state-wide strategy. Your voice contributes to our collective conversation.

Please contact your liaison to schedule a time to conduct your reporting interview. The report will cover the period of January through April 2016 and projecting through the end of the grant year. The interviews should be conducted between April 15 and May 15, 2015. You can expect the interview to take approximately one hour.

This reporting period will build on your two previous reports for this grant year, so the same form will be used. Please feel free to use the reporting tool to make notes or gather documents prior to the call. Your liaison will complete the form during the interview and send the summary to you for your review and edits.
