[HealthyTribes] Introducing Shira Pope

Hello,

I am pleased to announce that Shira Pope has joined the Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention (HPCDP) section as a Community Programs Liaison and the Asthma Program Coordinator.

As some of you know, Shira has been working for HPCDP for the last two years as a Workforce Capacity Coordinator leading the Sustainable Relationships for Community Health (SRCH) initiative, and working specifically in the areas of health systems and self-management. She has been very interested in working in the fields of health promotion and chronic disease, and helping to make a positive impact on underserved communities. This is why Shira is such a great fit for her new role with HPCDP. Outside of work, Shira enjoys playing soccer and running (preferably when it's sunny), as well as exploring new areas of Oregon. Shira is excited to continue her journey with the HPCDP team!

Shira is the liaison to:

*         Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians TPEP
