Subject: Tribal TPEP RFA Released
Dear Tribal Administrators,
The Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention Program (HPCDP) of the Oregon Health Authority announces the release of the 2016-17 Tribal Tobacco Prevention and Education Program (TPEP) Request for Applications (RFA). These documents will guide Tribes to write Tribal TPEP Program Plans which implement evidence-based best practices for tobacco prevention and education programs. The documents are available through HPCDP Connection at https://partners.health.oregon.gov/Partners/HPCDPConnection/Pages/RFAs.aspx with the login username: HPCDP and password: Communities12.
HPCDP Connection has several resources that will be helpful in writing responses to the applications and in accomplishing current work.
Please notify your staff about the availability of these documents. HPCDP will also notify Tribal TPEP coordinators of the RFA via our listservs. These are not competitive RFAs and we welcome questions. Please contact your liaison directly for support.
Best,
Sabrina Freewynn
